RTKsub offers GNSS services enabling centimeter-level positioning accuracy. RTKsub does not operate its own network of GNSS reference stations but provides its services exclusively through the network of GEODNET.
All GNSS correction data made available via RTKsub originates from the GEODNET network. RTKsub is not the owner or operator of this network and therefore cannot be held responsible or liable for the availability, quality, accuracy, or continuity of the data provided by GEODNET.
By using the services of RTKsub, the user also agrees to the terms and any usage restrictions of GEODNET as published on their website (www.geodnet.com). Any claims, limitations, or changes in the services provided by GEODNET fall outside the responsibility of RTKsub.
With appropriate equipment, the user can utilize the GNSS correction data offered through RTKsub for precise positioning and land surveying applications in real time. In practice, the user gains access to this service via an internet connection and a personal account (username and password).

For brand-specific information regarding GNSS equipment, we refer users to the supplier or manufacturer of the respective equipment.
RTKsub strives to maintain the quality and continuity of its services in accordance with the current state of technology. In the event of disruptions or interruptions, RTKsub will make reasonable efforts to resolve these as quickly as possible.
RTKsub may modify or adjust its services in light of new technologies or insights. RTKsub will adhere to the prevailing standards in GNSS services. Except in cases of force majeure, RTKsub will inform registered users at least 3 months in advance of significant changes. Any upgrades required to the user’s equipment as a result of such changes shall be at the user’s own expense.
Through our online portal, an organization or individual can apply for one or more subscriptions. After completion of payment, the required access details are generally provided via email within a few minutes.
Each organization must register at least one administrator. This administrator may request multiple subscriptions and must select the correct type of subscription each time. RTKsub reserves the right to verify whether the selected subscription type is appropriate and may inform the administrator if a different subscription type is required.
Registration process:
After RTKsub approves the registration, the user receives the necessary access credentials (username, password) and configuration details for the GNSS receiver.
By registering with RTKsub, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions and confirms having read and accepted the privacy statement.
RTKsub is a subscription-based service. We accept the following payment methods:
The initial payment for a subscription is made manually by the user via our online store. All subsequent renewals are automatically debited via the payment method chosen by the user unless the subscription is cancelled in time. Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings.
Additional payment methods: Should new payment methods become available in the future that support subscription transactions, RTKsub will add them to its payment system.
Renewals: Each subscription has the duration selected by the user at the time of purchase. At the end of this period, the subscription will automatically renew for the same period, unless the user cancels the subscription before the renewal date. The renewal date can be found in the user’s account under “My Subscription.”
Cancellations: Users can cancel their subscription at any time before the renewal date. After cancellation, the subscription remains valid until the originally agreed end date. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
Users can obtain RTK correction data from RTKsub for a fee clearly communicated during the purchase process.
RTKsub reserves the right to impose fees for additional services or to discontinue certain services. Users will be notified of such changes at least 1 week in advance via an announcement on the website and by email. A new registration or acceptance of modified terms may be required.
RTKsub may offer free, trial, or test licenses (referred to as “free,” “trial,” or “test”). By using such a license, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Under a trial or test license, RTKsub grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the data solely for testing, research, or non-commercial purposes.
All data provided by RTKsub remains the property of RTKsub or its suppliers (such as GEODNET).
Users may use this data solely for internal purposes and may not disclose, distribute, or sell it to third parties without the express prior written consent of RTKsub. Use of RTKsub data is permitted only for the purpose for which the user has registered.
If the user is authorized to share data with third parties, the user must inform such third parties of these Terms & Conditions and the privacy statement and ensure that these third parties accept them.
Users must implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access or use of the data. Users must also refrain from any actions that could impair the availability of the service or cause harm to RTKsub or its services.
Users are solely responsible for determining whether the data provided by RTKsub is suitable for the intended work and required accuracy. Any deviations, errors, or inaccuracies in the data must be reported to RTKsub in writing within 2 hours of discovery.
Users may not use RTKsub or data obtained via RTKsub in applications that are life-critical or life-saving.
To the extent permitted by law, users cannot hold RTKsub, its parent company, subsidiaries, employees, or suppliers liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the RTKsub service.
RTKsub shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by failures, data center outages, or communication issues, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
RTKsub emphasizes that it provides no guarantee regarding the availability, accuracy, or quality of observation data, as this is entirely dependent on GEODNET and may be affected by factors such as atmospheric disturbances or technical limitations of GNSS systems. RTKsub cannot be held liable for errors or inaccuracies in the data delivered by GEODNET.
Furthermore, RTKsub depends on mobile internet connections for service delivery. Coverage is not guaranteed in all areas.
RTKsub reserves the right to terminate a user’s access in cases of misuse, such as using the wrong subscription type or unauthorized data sharing with third parties. Where possible, RTKsub will give the user an opportunity to remedy the misuse within a reasonable period.
RTKsub reserves the right to amend these terms unilaterally. Any changes will be communicated at least one month before they take effect via the website or by email. Continued use of the service after the changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be null and void or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
In the event of any inconsistency between the Dutch and English versions of these terms, the Dutch version shall prevail.
